I thought this might be the parish where my Hughes ancestors lived, but they came to Canada. They were flax farmers in Lisduff& of the Toman Catholic Faith. They were in the Archdiocese of Armagh, but the Penal laws seem to have prevented any records.

Alice Hughes was born in 1838 at Clonfeacle, Tyrone to Patt Hughes and Ellen Marley. Two of her sisters and a brother emigrated to NY USA. Alice married Michael Kehoe on 5 Oct 1873 at Islip Long Island NY. Possibly this is a wedding photo. Alice is my great grandmother.
Alice's sister Anne married Charles O'Neil, her sister Ellen married Thomas McCann, both marriages took place at the chapel of Loughgall, Armagh prior to their emigration to the USA. All four siblings eventually settled in Passaic NJ where they remained until their deaths.

I don't know of other siblings except the names I listed. There could be other siblings who went to Canada. There might be a connection. Good luck with your research. I accidently came across the Hughes family while finding a baptismal record of a child of Ann Hughes and Charles O'Neill on FamilySearch.org
