Anna Aloysius Gallery was born 8 Aug 1874 in Enmstymon, Co Clare to parents Patrick J Gallery and Catherine "Kate" Glynn Gallery. She 10 siblings: Ellen "Nellie" Gallery 1864-1948; Michael Joseph Gallery 1865-1928; Patrick Joseph Gallery 1867-1948; Eliza Elizabeth "Lizzy" Gallery 1869-1957; Thomas Gallery 1870-1933; Daniel Gallery 1872-1949; Francis Gallery 1876-1944; James Gallery 1877-1878; Catherine "Katie" Gallery 1879-1961; Nora Gallery 1881-1896.
Anna migrated to Chicago approximately 1896 (haven't found record yet). In Chicago 1903 she married US citizen Leroy Charles Holmes (1876-1954) and they had 2 children Anastasia Silence Holmes 1903-1987 and James Roy Holmes 1904-1970 (my grandpa); James Roy Holmes (also went by Arnold H Homes) in 1923 he married Dorothy Holmes 1905-1929 (Irish decent) and they had 3 girls Mary Jane 1924; Bettie 1926; and Dorothy 1927. Sadly, Dorothy caught TB and had to move to sanitarium where the died of double pneumonia 1929. Mary Jane was my mother, making Anna Aloysius Gallery my great-grandma. I'd love to know anything about her family. If any are still in County Clare
