Anne Beatty a daughter of Jasper Beatty (born 1766) and Susanna Kilby Beatty (born 1776) was born on 17 November 1816 and christened on 23 November 1816 in Templemichael, County Longford. She also had a brother Thomas born 1810 and a sister, Eleanor Helen born 1812.
Anne Beatty married Thomas Ramsey of Derry, Tullyliskan, County Tyrone. They had a son, Thomas Hamilton born 31 October 1838. Anne died in 1849 and Thomas Ramsey and his son, Thomas Ramsey Jr. emigrated to the Philadelphia Pennsylvania area in 1850. Thomas never remaried.
