Arthur Doyle was born about 1785-6 in Graigue. Possibly the son of Edmund Doyle and Frances Byrne. He married, before 1803 to Mary ?. Their children are: Catherine (1803-1888), Owen (1807-1864), Charles (1814-1879), Martin(1816-1892), Michael (1817-1888), Bridget(1818-1881). The entire family emigrated to Tyendinaga( now Marysville), Hastings County, Ontario Canada. Arthur is not found in Canada, except possibly on a packet boat in 1828, from Quebec to Montreal. The family may have stopped in Nova Scotia prior to settling in Ontario. Information from family passed down, census, and church records in Canada.
