Planning to visit Ireland March 2023. Would love to see where my great grandfather came from. James Mulcahy. Born 1851? in Limerick. Parish of Donoughmore-Knockea. Parents David Mulcahy (MacGaraghy?) and Catherine Collopy (born in Killonahan?) Emigrated to Boston 26 May 1868. My great grandmother Annie McGovern was born in Limerick or Tipperary in 1868 and married James in Boston in 1895. Her parents were Francis and Mary McGovern. I would appreciate any information churches, cemeteries to visit in the area and suggestions on a great pub to hang out for awhile.
