Jane Mary Crimmins aged 23, her sister Kate aged 18 and their brother Michael aged 21 were some of the children of Michael Crimmins a Blacksmith and Margaret Leahy. The family lived in  Golden Garden,Kilpatrick,Tipperary. These 3 siblings found their way to Plymouth in England and there they boarded the ship Aberdeen on the 28-9-1886 which was  bound for Australia. The ship arrived in Sydney NSW Australia on the 13-11-1886. Another son Timothy also sailed for Australia a few years before them.Jane found work as a servant in Lidcombe NSW. it was here that Jane met Luke Partlon who was  from Westmeath Co.Ireland.. They married on the 7-8-1895.During their marriage they had 7 children, 3 sons and 4 daughters . My father William was their first born in 1897. I never met my grandparents as they had died before my father had married. Are there any of the Crimmins family still living in Tipperary. I would love to be in touch.
