Johanna and Charles were married on 10 Feb 1880 in Australia, not 1883. Johanna’s daughter Christina told relatives that her mother was related to the Gleesons and the O’Maras. She also gave her mother’s birthday as 11 November 1859 at Borrisoleigh Tipperary. I examined the transcript registers for Borrisoleigh while in the town in 2022. There is no matching record of a baptism of a Johanna O’Brien that would fit.
Johanna O’Brien Born 1857 in Borrisoleigh and emigrated to Australia with her brother John in 1878. She married Charles Youngberry from Sweden in 1893. Sister Mary and brother, Martin stayed in Ireland as far as we know. A letter found by her granddaughter, stated that Johana had Gleeson relatives.
