Marcella KEYHOE was born in Rathdrum, County Wicklow ca. 1838-1843.  She emigrated to the USA in 1852 first going to Columbus, Ohio, and in 1865 to Mineral Point, Lafayette County, Wisconsin. In May 1867 she married John C. McKee. They reportedly had one child who did not survive. In the 1880 US Census, an adopted child is listed.

Mrs. McKee died on June 18, 1912, at Mineral Point, Lafayette County, Wisconsin and was buried in St. Paul Cemetery in Mineral Point on June 20, 1912.
