I came across this Family Tree in my search for information on Irwin. Some of my ancestors are included but it was only information that I already had.

Ireland |
The following is what I know from my paper trail:
My fourth great grandfather, Robert Irwin, was born in Ireland (per 1850 US census) about 1775, and he died in Cross Creek Township, Washington County, PA on 4/18/1855.
Robert was believed to have been married to Mary Snell. I believe they married in Ireland. I would like any information anyone may have about her. I have a record of Robert’s migration to, settling in, and being naturalized in Cross Creek Township, Washington County, PA in 1799. I would like to know where in Ireland he was born, who his parents were, who his siblings were and where any of them settled, if known. I would also like to know any other details about them.
This Robert Irwin had one known son, also Robert Irwin, born 5/5/1802 in Cross Creek Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. I have a document written by my grandmother Eva Kidd Irwin that refers to him as Bobbie. This Robert was married on 6/7/1827 to Catherine (Kate) Cole b. 7/12/1810 in PA d. 3/4/1897 in Washington County, PA. I believe he owned property in the “Shades of Death” area. He and Kate had 9 children:
Elizabeth 3/5/1830 to? She married William Liggett 11/17/1852.
Robert Jr. 4/9/1832 to? He married Rosanah Hamilton on 12/11/1856.
John Irwin 7/10/1834 to? John married Elizabeth M Sutherland on 12/29/1858. She was born 4/14/1840 in Cross Creek Township to George M Sutherland and Margaret Magee.
Ephraim B 12/12/1836 to? I have no date of marriage.
Samuel 5/3/1839 to? He was married on 7/25/1865 believed in Ontario Canada to Louisa Kimball, born about 1845, believed in Ontario Canada. I have been in contact with two people that have trees on Ancestry that lead back to this point. They know by DNA that they are cousins, I believe 2nd. Ancestry says they are not DNA related to me. If this is the correct Samuel Irwin, then he died 4/29/1903 in Cheboygan, Wisconsin. Any additional information or corrections on any of the above would be appreciated.
Moses 4/9/1828 to 10/23/1909. I have what I believe is good information on him and his decedents to current.
Lewis Irwin was my 2nd great grandfather, 9/30/1841 to 9/19/1922. He married Sarah Jane Brown on12/22/1868. I know I have good information on them.
Judah Irwin 2/12/1844 to 12/12/1933. She married James T. Boles on 2/19/1873. I believe I have good information on them.
Catherine A. Irwin 8/28/1846 to 4/17/1908. Was Married to Silas Patterson on 2/2/1870, I believe I have good information on them.
All dates of birth and marriage along with names of spouses are known from a handwritten document that was in my grandmother’s things.
The Robert Irwin born in Cross Creek in 1802 had one sibling that I know of, Elizabeth born about 1810 In PA. Her DOD was 10/13/1834. If you have a date of birth for her I would appreciate having that. Did they have any other siblings? If so who were they when and where were they born and what happened to them.
My additional questions are these:
Do you have any documentation about and would it be possible for me to receive Information about:
1) A family, Irwin, that had a sibling named Robert born in Ireland about 1775.
2) A family, Irwin, that came over from Ireland between 1775 and 1802 with someone in the family named Robert.
3) A family, Irwin, that had a sibling or any family member named Robert born in PA about 1802.
Any help you can give me, or leads to finding information, would be very much appreciated.
Any spelling is ok with me since Clan Irwin Association says there are 270 ways to spell the name. Any family connected by marriage might help also as I might find information through them.
Thank you very much for any assistance.
Ray Irwin
