The Castlejordan Church is located in the civil parish of the same name in County Meath.
The church itself was built in 1823.
It formed part of the Augistinian Abbey of Ballyboggen.
The graveyard on this site was in use long before the construction of the church. This is reflected in the dating of the grave slabs, one of which goes back as far as the 16th century.
The church has fallen into disuse and though it is standing, it is now in a state of disrepair.
