Kilcrumper was the local cemetery in Fermoy in the 18th century. There are no records for the cemetery except for the headstone inscrioptions. There is no headstone for Callahan or anything like that.

There were a number of people of the name James Callahan in Fermoy in the 19th century. Have you any idea of a townland address?, were the family RC or CofI, or other?, were there any siblings of James?

Just wondering where you got the date of birth of 20 Nov 1815? That source may provide additional information that may be useful.

From ancestry.com, I now think James was buried in Wisconsin, Thomas in New York, and John in Massachusetts.  However, they were all born in Fermoy and must have immigrated after James was born in 1833. 

1. I would like to find John's parents.  He was born in 1792 and I think he married Joanna Regan, who was born in 1800 ?.  They must have been married in Fermoy before 1815, since Thomas was born in 1815 in Fermoy.  
2. I'm also looking for information about the parents of Patrick E Coffey born in 1809 in Fermoy, buried in 1894 in Wisconsin.  I would like to verify that his parents are Peter Coffey (born 1789, died 1873) and Anne Sheridan (born 1782, unknown death).  There is a record of a Peter Coffey and Anne Sheridan married in 7 Feb 1808 in Balbriggan, Ireland, but I can't confirm that they had a son named Patrick.
3. Another ancestor I have is Thomas Lantry, I think he was born in 1792, but all it says is Ireland.  He was married and died in New York.  I would like to find his parents.
4. Another ancestor I have is Jane Moore, Wisconsin cemetery says born 22 Oct 1821, census records say Ireland, maybe baptized in Meath and Westmeath, Clonmellon, Ireland (4 Nov 1821).  She was married and died in Wisconsin.  I would like to find her parents.
