The Clare County Library is always a good place to look with regard to Clare Ancestry.

You will note that the Civil Parish is Moynoe and the RC parish is Scariff. 

You might check Griffith's Valuation for the O'Connors as that might indicate where Bridget's parents lived and help you to narrow down the search for her ancestors.
