Information as follows from daughter, Christina Richmond's, Scottish birth registration from 1855:

Father is John Richmond, age 37 b. Co. Cavan (about 1818 0, Mother is Matilda Williamson, b. Co. Monaghan (about 1818), Parents' marriage info listed as 'Killevan, 1842'.  Christina was listed as her mother's 6th child, other children listed as 1 boy and 2 girls living, and 2 girls deceased.  I have no trace of the 2 girls deceased having come across to Scotland.  Living children are Elizabeth, Mary (or Mary-Ann), and John.

Looks like they arrived in Scotland between late 1851 and 1855...

Also on Matilda's's death registration in Scotland in 1888, her parents are listed as John Williamson and Mary Scott, both deceased by this time. 

Would be interested in any documentation that would expand the knowledge I have re: this family.  Thanks for any input :)

    I cannot seem to link my family to the one that came up with your search, at least at this point... But thank you for the information - maybe at some point I'll be able to tie it in.  

    The attached Killevan Church photo is lovely - are we sure it is old enough to be the one where they were married in 1842?  The church ruins photo is fascinating, also...
