I am seeking information about my great, great, great grandmother's family the Skehan's. Her name was Catherine (Kate) Skehan. She was apparently born at Ballyknavin in 1791, and had 2 brothers John and Patrick.
At some stage she married Simon Flaherty and had 2 sons Thomas (my gg grandfather) and Simon who both emigrated to Australia after the deaths of their parents.
If anyone has information about Kate, her siblings, their background and occupations etc, I would love to hear from you.
