Hi Eve,
I had a look on www.rootsireland.ie/ in the Clare records for John but Kilfenora is not in the list of parishes.
The National Library of Ireland has the R C registers freely available to search & Kilfenora is listed but baptisms start in 1836.
It may be worth having a look at those as there were often inaccuracies with birth years (registers.nli.ie/)
Better luck with Catherine:

IF they followed the Irish naming pattern in naming their children, the first daughter would have been named after the mother's mother and second son after mother's father so you could check the three above against names you have

Dear Eve: You might consider checking the Clare Library website which has a lot of very good online resources available for research. Kilfenora is listed there and you may be able to narrow your search with Moloney’s in Kilfenora through some of the sources available. Even though the Kilfenora parish registers only begin in 1836, they have been transcribed and they are online on the library website along with the marriage records. Here is the link: http://www.clarelibrary.ie/eolas/coclare/genealogy/don_tran/bmd/index_bmd.htm. These registers can be downloaded and can also be searched by name.
If you need any further assistance, please let me know.
You can email me directly at: jhalloranryan@irelandxo.com
All the best,
