I am looking for the location of the Townland that my Great Grandfather , Daniel Keeffe came from in Cork, it was Knockaneahig in Duhollow. This townland was small and seems to have been dropped from the registry of deeds around 1890. I would like to know it's exact location, it may be in the Kiskeam, Boherbue area. Is there any old maps that might show it's location? Thanks Bill O'Keefe

Bill:
Kishkeam and Boherbue are both in the civil parish of Kilmeen in northwest Co.Cork. Is it possible you are looking for Knockaclarig?

Another option is Knockeenacurrig East or West. Both of those townlands are small.

Thanks Roger McDonnell for your reply, I have found the Townland Knockaneahig in the land deeds of Duhollow from the 1700's till 1890 when it dissapears from these records, I added a file showing it below, I know it existed until 1890, I'm just trying to find it's exact location, possibly from an old map if one can be found.
