From what I can determine, the area of Ballyglunin would be in the civil parish of Abbeyknockmoy.

Roger is correct, there is no townland called Ballyglunin. The townland is called Ballygloneen. There is a railway station now called Ballyglunin, but in the past called Ballygloneen. Blakes, who owned Ballygloneen House ensured that the railway went close to them when it was being built in the 19th century. The railway station is in the townland of Coolfower Beg, in Abbyknockmoy civil parish (Abeyknockmoy church parish), while Ballygloeen House is in Ballygloneen townland, Kilmoylan civil parish (Kilmoylan and Cummer church parish). There was also a Franciscan Monastery in Ballygloneen (it is now Brooklodge nursing home). All of this is in County Galway on the road from Athenry to Tuam, near Annagh Cross (a road I travelled often).
