The RC parish of Mullinahone is in the Diocese of Cashel and Emly. Records for most of the parishes in that diocese are not on the subscription site Roots Ireland which is a primary source for RC records. Here is a link to the parish register https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0277   and records go back to 1809 but you have to manually search for baptismal records. The Mullinahone baptismal records are also on the subscription sites FindMyPast and Ancestry.com  Searching for the records is somewhat tedious but I did locate records on FindMyPast for three older siblings of Thomas: Catherine, Nelly and Mary. Transcriptions of the records are below. I did not locate a marriage record. Normally, the marriage was held in the bride's parish and I'm speculating that Mary was from another parish which does not have records back to the 1820s.

I also gave you the 1901 and 1911 census records for the family. You can also search the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie for civil death/marriage/birth records.
