I'd like to find out more about my Shea and Ryan line. I've traced it back to John James Shea/O'Shea born around 1786 (possibly November in Clogheen) and later married Joanna Hickey. They had a daughter born in 1818, Julia, and she married Andrew D Ryan of Graiguenamanagh, Kilkenny, then Julia and Andrew immigrated to the U.S. sometime after 1845. I'd be grateful for help tracing the line of O'Shea or Ryan further back or to locations where I could visit.
