I am searching for information on James George Glover (land agent) and wife Mary (nee McCroly/McAuley?). Had son John (my GGGrandfather) born Ahoghilll about 1827. John married in Sandford Victoria Australia 16 June 1859 and information about his parents and his year of birth are from marriage record. Any assistance greatly received.

You don?t say what denomination the Glover family were. I suspect it may have been Church of Ireland. If so, you might want to look at the local church records for John?s baptism and perhaps his parents? marriage (assuming the bride also came from that denomination and parish). A copy is held in PRONI, Belfast. This is what they have:
C.I. Ahoghill (Connor diocese) Baptisms, 1811-1928, with the McKinney family details from 1802-23; marriages, 1811-1996; burials, 1821- 1952; banns, 1829-39.
The records are not on-line and a personal visit is required to view them.
This is the only Glover gravestone in Ahoghill Church of Ireland:
Glover St Colmanell's, Ahoghill 1934 Glover. Treasured memories of our dear parents Samuel died 21st June 1934 Ellen died 6th April 1947 Their infant son Samuel died 17th March 1920 Also Mary Ellen (May) an affectionate wife and mother died 4th July 1984 'Resting where no shadows fall'
