I am looking for any information regarding Matthew Sexton and his family in Lisycasey (excuse if I have mis-spelled). Matthew passed away in NYC leaving a wife and 3 children. He had a brother who married in the early 1900's. He also had sister, Kate. Kate's whereabouts and status are unknown.

3 Sexton households in Liscasey in 1901, all farming:

The first one has a Kate living in it.
By 1911 there are still 3 households but a different one also has a Kate in it.

You probably need to get Mathew’s death or marriage certificate to get his parents names to ensure you identify the correct family (though they are probably all related).
