Just read what you wrote above, sorry but I could not find anything on that particular graveyard, but I did look up Thomas and he was 1 remarkable Gentleman.   If you have acess to Facebook      -  Kilrush Historicial Society would be of great help as they would know the locality in great detail.   Good luck with your research.

Hello Phyl, Thank you so much for your response.  We have the birth, marriage and death details but have never seen the newspaper clips that you attached.  Can you tell me where you found them?  We will contact Kilrush Historical facebook stage as you suggested.  Thomas Casey certainly left his mark.  I am doing this research on behalf of his grandson Aidan Casey.  Aidan has quite a bit of information already but we recently started to search for the burial place of his immediate family.  Again thank you.

I got the newspaper cuttings from   www.irishnewsarchives.ie  - it is a subscription website and a great source of help. The local libraries have access to them if you are joined one here in Ireland.   Good luck with your research.
