My name is Ken Atkins and I live in Parksville British Columbia , Canada .I am writing in regards of the possibility of finding out information about my great great grandparents who may have been members of Kildysart parish around the time of 1845 to 1860. Their names were Jeremiah & Mary Dillon . They had a daughter named Catherine born 1850 or 1851.
I appreciate any information .

You have a number of resources where you should be able to find out more about your Dillon family.
The Clare Library is a great place to start as their online collection has a lot of great family history resources.

In addition, there are also parish registers available to view through the National Library of Ireland website.

The registers start in 1829 and go to 1880/81. Beware that on looking at the register images, the pages were transcribed out of date order. In other words, you may find 1851 is listed before 1849.
