Yes, I do have questions regarding the family:

Wondering if there is any way to find info on parents of Jeremiah Quinn:

Jeremiah born around 1834 in Parish Meelick. Died in 1894 from typhoid fever in Chicago, IL.  Went to US abt 1870. Siblings: Michael, Martin, Patrick, William, Daniel, Hanora & John. Not sure if all immigrated to US. I think his father's name was Patrick, but cannot verify. Mother's name unknown.

His wife, Mary Ryan born 1842 in Parish Meelick. Died in Chicago, IL 1912. Her parents were Maurice Ryan born about 1807, lived in or near Woodcock Hill...Margaret O'Brien born abt 1815 died 24 Jan 1902 in Woodcock Hill. Maurice Ryan and Margaret O'Brien had the following children besides Mary: Thomas, John, Hanora (married Michael Walsh), Eleen, Patrick, Anna, Margaret, Bridget, Catherine (married Michael Keane.) Some of the family stayed in Ireland.

Name of church, cemetery, occupation, family members, any other general info appreciated. I have a few photos and documents from the US.

I have done an extensive amount of research on my Cherry ancesters in the Cratloe/Meelik/Parteen area of County Clare. About ten years ago, I sat in the Dublin National Library for hours/days going over the microfilm for the parish records of these 3 Catholic parishes and scribbled down the information anytime I saw a marriage or birth that involved someone with the surname of Cherry (the surname of my grandmother). I am not sure which was worse, the quality of the microfilm (records were often in Latin)or the quality of my handwriting when I copied something. I probably missed a number of entries. I think the 3 parishes were on the same microfilm reel or could have even been entered in one combined register (Cratloe is the larger parish and perhaps the other two were auxiliary chapels - my speculation).

Anyway, I just looked over what I had, to see if I had anything on a Quinn. I may have hit a home run for you.  I have an entry for the following marriage.

April 23, 1826 Patrick Quinn (or Quane) married Bridget Cherry.

I did not have a townland listed for them. Ryan, Quinn and Cherry were common names in the area. You had a Michael Cherry as a witness a generation or so later, so there could have been a blood connection. The handwriting in the register made it difficult to tell if it was Quinn or Quane. Quane could be an alternate spelling, as the Irish records often reflected. Also, Quane could be the phonetic pronunciation of Quinn.

I also found the following two Baptisms:

Nov. 8, 1835 Martin Quinn or Quane
Parents were Patrick Quinn (or Quane) and Bridget Cherry One sponsor was Daniel Cherry.

Jun. 12, 1838 Honora Quane
Parents were Patrick Quane and Bridget Cherry (of Pass) Pass is the name of the townland listed in the register (not all entries mentioned townlands). I assume that was where they lived, rather than where Bridget Cherry came from.

You have Martin and Honora listed as siblings of Jeremiah so this could be your family. I did not have any other Quinn/Cherry births listed (e.g. Jeremiah and the other siblings) but I do not know if I passed over them if the Cherry name did not jump up at me.

By the way, I could not figure out if this line of Cherrys were part of my family line. There were quite of few in the area. Depending on how far back you go, I guess they could be related.

By the way, the parishes in southeast Clare are actually in the Diocese of Limerick rather than the Clare Diocese.
