Their children were:

5.  Alice 29/1/1859

6.Michael 14/2/1860

7. Ellen  14/4/1861

8. Ellen 2/6/1862

9. William 15/7/1863

10. 24/9/1864.

Thank you very much for all the information. I was under the impression that William only had 1 sibling a sister called Ellen, this is gives me so much more to work on. You have put a date of 24-9-1864 on bottom of the list of William and Jane's children no name is with this. The Ellen I have is born around this date.

Thank you very much for your information on my GGGrandparents.......I have looked on Williams death certificate and he is spelling his mother's name...Calleen...my mistake.....my mistake would these be the same family?

Yes,  I believe that it is the same family.
