I am looking for information on Hugh McDaid born in 1861. Died in March 1948 Buried in Termon Graveyard.
Married a Susan McGinty in 1903. Her parents were Charles Mcginty and Catherine McMullan (I think)
Looking to find Hugh McDaids parents and siblings and civil record of Charles and Catherine marriage.
Found census info with Charles and Catherine in Treanboy Convoy, Donegal....

I found a 1907 marriage between Hugh McDaid and Bridget McGinty. This Bridget's father was Charles. Is this the correct record? Note Hugh's father was Patrick.

Not sure Bridget is correct. I did see online, last week, the same reference you gave me. I have Susan McGinty marrying Hugh McDaid in 1903. They are buried in Termon Graveyard together. Also found them together on the 1911 census.....house 17 in Tirkillin (Termon, Donegal).
According to family, Terhillin is correct as far as where the family lived.
Maybe there is an other Hugh McDaid running around the same town!
Any chance on my other POST Saunders/Coyne ....you where able to figure out the name of the town Maria Coyne came from. I spent several hours researching and came up with nothing.
