I am looking for my Great Great Grandfathers Family . Oliver Lyttle B Dec 20 1823 ,Father William Lyttle B 1786. Address Carrickbrack,Parish Convoy ,County, Donegal. Immigrated to Canada about 1835.
I would like to know his Mothers name and his brothers and sisters and I would apprecieate the help.Thanks so much

www.rootsireland.ie which is a pay site has an 1823 baptismal record for a Oliver Lytle with a father named William. I also looked at the 1901 census and there is a 78 year old Rebecca Lyttle living with her daughter in Carrickbrack townland. Possibly she was married to a relation of Oliver.

The 1858 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Convoy civil parish shows an Alexander Little and a Robert Little in Carrickbrack townland. One of them was likely married to Rebecca.
