I am trying to locate these sisters that lived in St Desmonds /Desmond Cottage ? Ardburgh Rd, Dalkey in the 1960's. I know that this address was given for Nora's death in April 1968 and that her sister Agnes, aka Frances or Fanny (and sometimes used a different name) lived with Nora from time to time. We believe there was another house somewhere in Dublin that Agnes may have lived.
I am trying to find Fanny ( as she was known to the family) and when/where she died? Family looked for her in the 1970's at the last known address but didn't find her. If anyone has any information they can share I would be very grateful.
Thank you

I believe the house is St. Dominic[k], Ardbrugh road, it's listed as Nora Sheehan in Thom's 1969, the house is listed in her name up to the 1980s, directories can be a little slow to update... other houses on the road show changes in principle occupant, but not St. Dominic.. possibly remained in the family but the entry was not updated ?
I checked for possible burial for Nora in Deansgrange south county Dublin, but found no sign there, also no sign either in Glasnevin/Prospect that I could see...
Online death (on IrishGenealogy website) currently cover up to 1971, so if there's no sign of a death for Frances/Ages in these possibly she died after that year. Later deaths will be added to this system in time..Shane Wilson, IrelandXO Volunteer ☘
