Hi! My ancestors were Jeremiah Quinn (1824-1891) and wife Mary Ryan (1842-1912.) My research indicates that they were married in Parteen, County Clare in 1867. Witnesses Maurice Ryan and Michael Cherry.
Jeremiah's father was Patrick Quinn. Mother unknown.
Mary's parents were Maurice Ryan and Margaret O'Brien.
Several of the Ryans did not immigrate to the US. Catherine Ryan married Michael Keane. Witnesses were Robert Purcell and Bridget Goonan. Catherine Ryan Keane was born in Cooleycasey and died in Scariff.
Note: Parish Meelick in Clare is mentioned on several records for the family.

Wondering if there is any way to find info on parents of Jeremiah Quinn:
Jeremiah born around 1834 in Parish Meelick. Died in 1894 from typhoid fever in Chicago, IL. Went to US abt 1870. Siblings: Michael, Martin, Patrick, William, Daniel, Hanora & John. Not sure if all immigrated to US. I think his father's name was Patrick, but cannot verify. Mother's name unknown.
His wife, Mary Ryan born 1842 in Parish Meelick. Died in Chicago, IL 1912. Her parents were Maurice Ryan born about 1807, lived in or near Woodcock Hill...Margaret O'Brien born abt 1815 died 24 Jan 1902 in Woodcock Hill. Maurice Ryan and Margaret O'Brien had the following children besides Mary: Thomas, John, Hanora (married Michael Walsh), Eleen, Patrick, Anna, Margaret, Bridget, Catherine (married Michael Keane.) Some of the family stayed in Ireland.
Name of church, cemetery, occupation, family members, any other general info appreciated. I have a few photos and documents from the US.
