I am looking for descendants of Thomas and Catherine O'Connell, nee O'Connor, from Gortalea. Their daughter, Catherine born about 1860, migrated to New Zealand cir 1883. She had a sister, Norah, married to Maurice Flynn and on the 1901 census Norah and Maurice were living at Gortalea. There were other siblings whom we are unsure of. Would like to make contact with anyone connected to this family.

Hi Catherine,
Have you done any DNA testing? I have relatives from this area and have seen those names in the parish records along with some of my father's Devane family.
