Hi There,
My maiden name is Kerry-Lynn Rafferty. Im hoping to find out some more information on my Irish ancestors. My 2nd great grandmother was Catherine Theresa Rooney(born 1863), Her parents were John Francis Rooney and Johanna Casey. I heard that they had a large farm on Castleisland, Kerry, Lakes of Varney. John Francis Rooney died in Ireland (@ 1874) I also have some Ancesters with the last name "Tooher" it may also be listed as "Tuer". Thomas Tooher(born 1813) & Mary Rigney(born 1814). Im thinking they were from the same area? I appreciate any help, stories or pictures. Thank You so much!
