Tom:
You are probably looking for Ahascragh civil parish in East Galway bordering Co. Roscommon. There is a Clonbrock townland in that parish and also Castleffrench East and Castleffrench West townlands.
I checked the 1901 census and there were no Healy recods in the parish and I also checked the 1856 Griffiths for Ahascragh civil parish and there were no Healys.
Can you provide names and dates on your ancestors so we can try to find the correct parish? Thanks.

I looked for the Kennedys first and will get back to you on the Healys. The Kennedys lived in Ballindrumlea townland in Kilkeevin civil parish. Below are the 1901 and 1911 census records for the family. From the 1911 census, it indicates that the couple had 7 living children in 1911. I also found the civil marriage record from 1867. You can get a copy of the marriage record from the General Register Office for around 4 euros. The record should show the names of the fathers of the bride and groom and where the bride and groom were living in 1867. Let me know if you want to get a copy and I will forward instructions. Below the index record is a link to the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Kilkeevin parish. There are at least three Kennedys listed in Ballindrumlea: James, Owen and Michael. I assume one of them is the father of Patrick.

The Healys are somewhat elusive. As I mentioned before there were no Healys in the 1856 Griffiths for Ahascragh parish. There was a Jeremiah Tannyan who lived in Creggaun (Dillon) townland and I'm wondering if he was the father or another relative to Catherine. I looked for their marriage record. I found a Catherine Tannean marriage in 1869 in the Mount bellew registration district but the possible spouses did not include Michael Healy so I discounted the record. I found an 1871 civil birth index record for a Thomas Healy in 1871. Be aware that there was also an 1870 and 1869 records in Mountbellew district for a Thomas Healy. I also found an 1899 civil death index record for a Michael Healy. There was no 1896 record and I'm not sure if this is your Michael. Could not find Catherine.
Let me know what questions you have.

Go to this link http://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/Apply-for-Certificates.aspx In the middle of the page there are links for birth, marriage or death certificates. Hit the link for the form you want. Print the form and complete the requested information. Also provide the information from the index record--quarter/year of the event. registration district and the volume and page number where the event is recorded. Make sure you ask for a copy which costs around 4 euros. ( A cert costs closer to 20 euros). You can also ask the GRO to e-mail the copy back to you.
