We are searching for Shea family in the Killorglin area. Patrick and Johanna Sheehan has several children and lived near the townland of Beaufort. G-G Grandfather Patrick was born abt 1856, left for US abt 1874. I’m not sure this is the correct parish. Beaufort seems to be fairly remote. All record that I’ve found here in the states and in Ireland reference the family as Shea, not O’Shea.

    Patrick's baptismal record is below from the same site that Col gave you. The family lived in Ballyledder townland in Knocknane civil parish. Patrick had at least six siblings: Ann 1846  Mary 1849 Johanna 1852 John 1856 Denis 1859 Julia 1860. I did not see a marriage record.
