Catherine Sullivan and Daniel ( or David ) Buckley

www.irishgenealogy.ie has Co. Kerry church records. I found a marriage on April 10. 1861 in the Ballybunion RC church between a Daniel Buckley and Catherine Sullivan. I located baptismal records for three childen but not a record for Michael.

Mary February 25, 1864

Margaret August 15, 1867

Daniel February 13, 1870

They lived in the townland of Ahimma in Killehenny parish. I checked the 1901 census for Ahimma and there were no Buckleys in Ahimma.

I found a few more siblings but no record for Michael.

Catherine July 8 1877.

I checked the Tithe Applotments of 1827 and found the only land owner in the townland of Aghimma was a Thomas Lynch.

I also checked Griffith's Valuation of 1850s and found a Margaret Buckley leasing a house and around an acre of land from Thomas Lynch.

In the 1901 Census I found the Dennihan family living in Ahimma. Daniel and Catherine's daughter Margaret married Michael Dennihan.

The family were still there by the time of the 1911 census.
