I'm trying to trace my grandfathers family. The information I know for sure is my grandfather, Joseph Sinnot (Sinnett, Sinott, Sinott) Slattery was born June 1920 in Tralee.
I know his parents are Edward (b. 1899, Tralee) and Elizabeth. [source: family photo album]
I think Edward's parents might be Thomas (b.1852) and Mary (b.1867). [source: Census Ireland 1901 & 1911]
- Would it be possible to find out the maiden names of Elizabeth and Mary?
- Is there any way to trace the family further back?
