Hi Rosie,
Thank you very much for your message.
Have you tried looking in church records for information on the family in the 19th century? Most Catholic records are held locally so you may need to write to the local parish priest for possible assistance. One website that you may find useful is the Irish Times where they give an overview of what records are available in specific parishes. It also shows you where copies of the records are available. Rossinver civil parish is divided into 2 Catholic parishes:
Civil registration began in Ireland in 1864 so any births, deaths or marriages in the family after this date would be recorded in these records. Civil records are available from the General Register?s Office in Dublin. Here is their website:
http://www.groireland.ie/research.htm
You can search the indexes to these records online at:
https://familysearch.org/search/collection/1408347
It may also be an idea to contact C. Sligo Heritage and Genealogy Centre for assistance, however a fee may apply. Here is their email:heritagesligo@eircom.net
Perhaps you could try getting in contact with Luke who owns the land now? You could try contacting the local parish priest to see if he can assist, or you could check the local phone book.
In the meantime some other websites that you may find useful with your research are:
The National Archives of Ireland http://www.nationalarchives.ie/genealogy1/genealogy-records/introduction/
The National Library of Ireland http://www.nli.ie/en/family-history-introduction.aspx
Genealogy links: http://www.genealogylinks.net/uk/ireland/sligo/index.html
Familysearch: www.familysearch.org
Sorry I couldn?t be of more assistance. Please be patient - as our programme has only begun to rollout across the island of Ireland and volunteers in some areas may not yet be organized.
Kind regards,

Townlands & People Glenade Ballintrillick Tawley is a community heritage group. We are mapping the homes in 40 townlands from the 1901 census to the plots, ruins and house there today. It has been a lovely community project where neighbours have gathered to talk about and record the people who have gone before us.
1901 House 6 Coolgraffy, Rossinver East, Sligo. (A house still stands on the site.)
Patrick Kelly, born 1860 in Co Galway married Kate Gallagher (Lecklasser)
They had twin girls Mary Bridget and Catherine Elizabeth (b 1899) and a son John Luke born 1903. Kate's sister Bridget lived with them.
Mary Bridget m Michael Rooney, (Clogh, Rossinver East, Sligo)
Catherine Elizabeth m John McGowan (Coolgraphy) 4 boys
John Luke m Bridget McGoey (Glenade) 5 children
I will pass the link on to the Coolgraffey and Lecklasser researchers. Hope this helps.
