Hi John, I'm also a descendant of the Dinneen family - my 2x great grandmother was Catherine Dinneen.
I'm so excited to find this thread as I was just looking for the children of Johanna and Michael Dinneen and I figured I was missing some because of the enormous gap I had been Catherine and Laurence.
I'd love to get in touch with you - I'm in Brisbane, Queensland - I'm assuming you're in Australia too given that Thomas emigrated to Australia?
How on earth did you find all these baptisms - you're amazing!

Iam descended from Thomas DINNEEN & Sarah Jane BATES via Myrtle Josephine DINNEEN (1894-1979) & William Harold NEWTON (1882-1968) > Jean Mabel NEWTON (1924-2010) & John Albert HOWE (1915-1989) > me John Baldwin HOWE b.1949
I have been researching our Dinneen family for more than 40 years, beginning by questioning my grandmother, Myrtle Josepine Dinneen and her sister, Angela.
Do you use Ancestry.com? If you do you will find my tree there called "Howe and Newton Trees" my username is johnhowe25
I have done a DNA test with ancestry and have loads of matches to Dinneen/Dineen cousins in both Australia and America. I would recommend you do a test with Ancestry if you haven't done one yet.
Would you please let me know your line of descent from Catherine and John DONOUGHOE/ DONAHOE. I would love to add you to my family tree.
