Hello- searching for a Richard Enright/Mary Conners, b. 1790s, their children Dennis, Ellen, Thomas
or a Michael Enright/Mary Shanahan, born same era
Both these families (my ancestors) were associated with James Sullivan/Ann O'Donnell b. about 1799, with sons Timothy and Andrew.
All of these families may have emigrated from W. Limerick to Canada (Lanark Co. Ontario) in the 1830s.
Thanks for any help.

Hi
this is a long shot but I am looking for a Mortimer Enright who was a witness to the marriage of Patrick Donnell & Ellen Crowe date 23 Jan 1859 in Loughill, County Limerick. It was suggested I try to find the witness's to the marriage and then try to find any information about Patrick & Ellen. I have nothing except this Church Marriage Record to go on from Ireland. Do you have this name in your family tree?
Patrick's name when he came to Australia was recorded O'Donnell on the shipping list. I see you have an O'Donnell too.
Thanks for your help, I hope and good luck with your search.
Regards,
Di.

Hello- No, I have no Mortimers that I know of. All of our Enrights (that I know of so far) left Ireland by about 1835.

I have traced the James Sullivan/Ann O'Donnell family and written a family history in 1999 about them and their descendants. James and Ann left Ireland in 1823 for Canada. I also have traced Hanora Enright's parents Michael Enright and Mary Shanahan some. Contact me if you are interested at pvmeistrel at AOL dot com

I am looking for information on Margaret Enright. I understand that she spent her whole life in Loghill and married Patrick Corbett also from Loghill. I dont have any dates but their daughter Catherine Corbett (my great great grandmother) was born in Loghill in 1794.
