I'm Brian Kiernan in Sydney, Australia. My paternal grandmother's marriage record in Melbourne's St Ignatius in 1873 gives her place of birth only as Limerick and her age as 30; father's name as James Bourke; mother's as Mary n?e Hourigan.
I see there are many parishes in Limerick and wonder if anyone can help narrow the search.

Looks like Margaret was a little older than she indicated at her marriage (assuming this is the record for grandmother). Hospital RC parish is a a good deal southeast of Limerick city and border Co. Tipperary.
