Griffiths Valuation lists a David Gillis in Corryhagan in 1858. He had plot 7 which was an 18 acre farm. The Griffiths maps will enable you to locate it today.

Marriage of David Gillis and Jane Thompson registered Castleblaney 1860 Vol 3, page 369.
Possibly your family in the 1901 census:

1911:

David died at Corryhagan on 5.7.1908 of “probably heart disease.” Hugh was the informant.
Family were Presbyterian. Nearest Presb. churches appear to be Corlea (records from 1836); Creive (1819) and Loughmourne (1847). Copies of all the above records are held in PRONI in Belfast. A personal visit is required to view them.
The tithe applotment records for 1829 list a David Gillis with 9 acres in Corryhagan, so possibly that was the father of the David who married Jane Thompson.
