Hi my name is tracy and i dont know if its the same family but i'm the great granddaughter of a matthew leech and mary marnane my grand father is john leech. Matthews dad is martin and katie is his mother thats all i know at this moment in time.

Looks like the family I am searching for.   Mary Marnane's sister Kate has a long line of descendants, all cousins of yours, living in New Zealand.   Your grandfather John is my husband's cousin, along with his 3 brothers and a sister.   Your father/mother is 2nd cousin to our children, and you are the same generation as our grandchildrten.   Do you know what happened to your grandfather'e sister, Mary, and were there any other children?     The amazing coincidence is that our surname is Leitch...Kate Marnane married John Leitch!    Hope you can find out more...thanks so far.     Trish
