Rourke

Hi,
There is only one Cornelius Rourke in Roscrea in 1851 listed.
None in the south riding, where Gortnahoe is.
9 others listed in Ireland.

Hi Margot, I have a Elizabeth and Thomas  baptized to Cornelius Rourke and Ellen Hall. 1836,1839 Gortnahoe.

Also same parents but a Cornelius and Bartholmew down in Stradbelly Waterford, 1829, 1831. 

I keep wondering if they are they same parents. In that time period was it common to move? Is that distance too far away. ant a 5 year gap in children could mean children born inbetween  counties or early deaths. 

 I can't seem to find information on any migration patterns within Ireland. 

Any Ideas?
