My great great great grandad Patrick Hingerty was married to Bridget Carroll in Nenagh 25 February 1835. The earlier children of the marriage were baptised at Monsea between 1836 and 1840. My great grandfather Michael Richard being baptised in Nenagh 15 May 1850. 

Patrick and Bridget came to Engand around 1855 with some but not all children, though it  may be that the ones who didn't appear in the 1861 census had either died or married and stayed behind.

I would love to find out more about this family. I know they were lving at Old Turnpike Road in Nenagh in 1851 from Griffiths but very little else in Ireland.

The other children I know of are Mary baptised 10 August 1838,

Denis (or Daniel possibly as shown in UK records) baptised 20 September 1837 (died England 6 October 1917), 

William baptised 12 January 1840

Bridget born 1846 possibly died 1848

William born 1848 (so presumably first William died prior)

There seems a big gap between 1840 and 1846 so maybe some missing?

    There are gaps in the Nenagh records. Below  are the records available on the microfilm maintained by the National Library of Ireland. You may know that on July 8th, NLI will be placing these registers online for free searching. Nenagh is in the Diocese of Killaloe. I would review the Nenagh register to see if you can find some other records for your family. I also listed the records available for Monsea and there does not appear to be a gap.

    By the way, I did check Roots and only six records came up which you already listed.
