Hi,
Thank you for your message.
Once again you will have to look at local parish records for Michael and Mary?s marriage certificate and also for the baptism certs of any of their children who were born before 1864. Shronell civil parish belongs to the Catholic Parish of Latten. To see what records are available in Latten follow this link:
You could try contacting either the local parish priest for possible assistance or the Family History Centre in Tipperary however a fee may apply: eolas@bruboru.ie
You could try searching in civil records for any children that may have been born after 1864. Civil records are available from the General Register?s Office in Dublin. Here is their website:

You can search the indexes to these records online at:

Have you tried looking in the 1901/1911 census records to see if you can find records of the family there? These can give lots of useful information. http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/
Some other websites that you may find useful are:
The National Archives of Ireland http://www.nationalarchives.ie/genealogy1/genealogy-records/introduction/
The National Library of Ireland http://www.nli.ie/en/family-history-introduction.aspx
Genealogy Links: http://www.genealogylinks.net/uk/ireland/tipperary/index.html
Ireland Gen Projects: http://www.igp-web.com/tipperary/index.htm
Please be patient - as our programme has only begun to rollout across the island of Ireland and volunteers in some areas may not yet be organized.
Kind regards,

Emma,
I have family from Shronell and the first link that appears above does not work! Any help at fixing the link or supplying the correct link is appreciated!
