Looking for any details regarding Mary Keane's birth and baptism. Also the marriage of her parents Martin Keane and Ellen Ryan would be much appreciated.

Thank-you, most of this I already knew. The marriage of her parents in Scotland I didn't know. Do you have any specifics of where in Scotland they were married. Ellen was underage which would perhaps explain why they wed in Scotland just before Martin went off to Canada in the military. Do you know anything about Irish soldiers in Canada? The military record has Martin born in/from Templemore, perhaps referring to Richmond Barracks rather than place of birth? Can you offer any tips on where I might find more info? I'd like to get the Irish origins and places of interest correct as I'm planning a trip to Ireland [Thurles, Inch, Templemore] in 2015 to retrace my ancestors origins. I'm in Adelaide, Australia.

Immigration records in Australia have him a native of Mulroe, possible Mubroe, Tipperary.  Do you know where this place is? I can't find it on map or Google.

All the comments seem to relate to my family  Maher , Thurles, Templetoughy, etc...   I believe the name was Maher but cannot find information  however named change  to County married in Adelaide SA

then settled in Geelong area.   Fyansford, Batesford, Gheringhap, Buckley
