I am trying to find any info on Bryan O'Banion born in Ireland abt 1683 and emmigrated to Westmoreland Co,Virginia abt1702 and died Feb 23,1762 in Hamilton,Fauquier Co. Virginia .I have no idea his parents's name or what part of Ireland that he came from-any ideas where to start.I did check RootsIreland.ie but they had nothing in any county.They stated they don;t have much info b4 1700.thanx

Hello Charisse,
Civil registration of births deaths and marriages began in Ireland in 1864. Befor that time the churches kept records for births and marriages. Most start about 1830 (some much later) with a very few parishes going back to about 1790 or so.
The timeframe for which you are searching is extreemly far back in terms of records and I very much doubt you will find much. How lucky you are to be able to go back to 1683. I know of many searchers who would dearly love to be able to trace that far back.

This was a tough one! As Anne predicted the records of that era are hard to find . Even Family Search only has 'Banions' starting in 1771 as you probably know.
In desperation I googled BRYAN O'BANNION after seeing it spelt that on an old post from 2000 on ancestry & got this:

In case you can't read it it says
Bryan Boru O'Bannion / O'Bannon
Birthdate: 1680 Tipperary Ireland
Death same as you have it but 25th not 23rd
Husband of Sara Zena Isham
Fahter of John Foley O'Bannon Catherine Hite & William O'Bannon
It is on a site called Geni and there looks to be an historic document of some kind attached,

I am a direct descendant of Brian Boru O'Bannion and will be in Ireland this June. Does anyone know any persons with information who are living in the area of Cashel or Thurles?
