John Ryan and Johanna Doohan (Dohane?)

I's appreciate any information about John Ryan and Johanna Doohan and their families in Ireland. I've been able to trace them pretty well once they arrived in England sometime between 1850/51 and 1855 but nothing back into Ireland. 

Johanna's birth dates range 1817-1826 on various records. Birthplace is Tipperary, probably Thurles written as Thurlep or Thurless and Thurton or Thurlie. 

John's birthdates range 1820-1824. Birthplace is Tipperary, Burns or Thurlep. 

Their son Michael or John Michael was listed as bening born in Thurton, Tipperary in 1850 so they were likely married in Ireland. Their next child, Catherine, was born in Brentford, Middlesex in 1855. Their third child was my great grandmother Johanna Ryan. Thanks for any help!  Kathy
