I searched on rootsireland.ie for the marriage of Michael Dwyer and Ellen McCarthy 1836 Tipperary but got no matches. However, when I omitted the McCarthy surname but kept all other criteria I got a match.

The parish is Carrick-on-Sur.

There was also a birth of Ellena McCarthy in Tipperary parents McCarthy and Hill in 1860!

I suggest you post your message again to Carrick-on-Suir parish on this site.

Thank you Paddy this is my family. William born 1838 is my Great Grandfather. He married Mary Navin      ( or Naven). they had ten children and sadly Mary died in childbirth with the youngest.

Thomas Bourke married Margaret Coonan in 1863 in Kilkenny.

Between 1863 and 1866 they moved to Sydney Australia.

Thomas Joseph Bourke was born in 1874 in Sydney.

He married Catherine or Kathleen Hare in 1907.

Thomas Alexander Bourke was born on May 1 1913.

He married Mary Craigie in 1947 in Sydney.

They had Geoffrey Thomas Bourke, Stephen Gerald Bourke and Michael Francis Bourke.

Michael was born on March 7th 1957.

He married Sharon Neale on 26th May 1979.

They had Brendan James Bourke on 5th March 1985, Patrick John Bourke on May 29 1987 and Andrew Thomas Bourke on May 15th 1993.
