McAndrews

Okay, I am lookin for information on my great grandfather Martin McAndrews.  From the back of an envelope I have that his father is Batley McAndrews County Mayo in Connaught Province and his mother is Bridget McCarthy also County Mayo in Connaught Province.  

I know that Martin was born in Pecatonica, IL about 1861.  There is also a rumor that his father Batley died from a train accident, possibly run over.  I don't have years for them yet I am still looking.  It seems the McAndrews popped in and popped out and I am having troubles finding anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
