I am trying to find out more information about John Finn & Eliza Shaughnessy they married in the 1800's and had two children that I know of Maria Finn Baptised 27.5.1834 and Patrick Finn Baptised 11.6.1835 .
Their sponsors were John Hickey & Mary Woodlock and Thomas Brown & Honora Ryan. Any help please

Hi Heather,
rootsireland.ie has a record of the marriage of John Finn & Eliza ? in Tipperary 1813.
When I added the Shaughnessy the record wouldn't come up so I suspect they have a different spelling of it.
rootsireland.ie is a pay site - just google it - so you will need to register, search and pay for the record which will give you the parent's names and the parish.
roots have a sale on at the moment so your timing is good!
